How do I choose the right booth size and design for my event?

Our Event Consultants work closely with you to understand your goals and recommend the best display options, whether you need a 10x10, 10x20, 20x20, 30x30 booth, or a fully custom design. We also offer a free 3D mock-up to help visualize your booth before it’s built.

Can ShowHero provide custom graphics and signage for my event?

Absolutely! Our design team can create custom graphics and signage tailored to your branding and messaging. We offer solutions for every part of your event, from backdrops and banners to directional signage and display graphics.

What is the typical lead time for booth production and delivery?

For small displays, if you approve your artwork before noon MT, your item typically ships within 1-3 business days. Semi-custom booths take 14-21 days, and fully custom booths require 1-3 months to allow for concept design, layouts, and approvals.

How easy is it to set up a ShowHero booth?

Our modular displays are designed for quick, tool-free assembly. Each booth includes molded rolling cases for easy storage and transport, and our team provides setup guidance to ensure a smooth experience.

Can ShowHero help with trade show logistics, such as booth storage and shipping?

Yes, we offer optional storage and shipping services between shows, ensuring your booth is safely transported and stored for future events.

How does ShowHero handle booth maintenance and repairs?

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects, and we provide quick response support to address any maintenance needs or repairs to keep your booth looking its best.

Do you offer rental options for trade show displays?

Yes, ShowHero offers flexible leasing and rental options, including an annual graphic swap and a leasing model to fit your budget and event needs.

Is there a minimum or maximum order size for booth rentals?

No minimum or maximum order size! We work with businesses of all sizes, from startups to large enterprises, offering solutions for any event scale.

5. Shipping, Returns & Warranties

What is ShowHero's shipping policy?

We ship all orders using trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. We do not allow third-party customer shipments. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the size of your order. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.

What is the return policy for ShowHero products?

Got something from ShowHero you need to return or exchange? You have 30 days from when you got it. Just contact us for an RMA# at returns@goshowhero.com.

Make sure everything is unused and in the original packaging with manuals, accessories, cables, etc. The RMA# needs to be clearly printed on the package.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product, and the items must be at our warehouse within 10 days of your return request. We can’t refund shipping and handling charges from the original order, and there may be a restocking fee up to 30%.

 

Repack your items carefully to avoid damage during return shipping. If it gets damaged on the way back, we can’t credit you. Make sure you insure your return shipment for protection. You’ll cover the initial shipping cost and the return shipping costs. No credits on shipping costs, sorry!

ShowHero offers a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects for all modular display systems. Our quick response support ensures any issues are resolved promptly to keep your booth in top condition.
