What's the difference between a video wall and a kiosk?

A video wall is a large LED canvas that draws people in from across the hall. A kiosk is a single touchscreen that converts those people once they're standing in front of it. Most island booths use both: the wall pulls traffic, the kiosk captures the lead.

Can I rent for one show, or do I have to buy?

Both are available. Single-show rental for kiosks starts at $1,895 including a custom brand wrap, lead-capture software, on-site delivery, and pickup. Video wall rentals are quoted per show and depend on size and pixel pitch — typical 10x6ft walls run $4,500–$8,500 per show.

How long before the show do I need to lock in?

Three weeks is comfortable for a rental kiosk with a custom wrap, four to six weeks for video walls and purchased hardware. We've turned around emergency rentals in seven days, but the wrap quality drops if we have to skip the proof step.

Will the kiosk's lead capture export to our CRM?

Out of the box every show ends with a CSV. We can wire it into HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, or any tool with a Zapier or webhook step before your show — no on-site IT required.

Do you handle install at the venue?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every rental and purchase ships with on-site delivery, install, and pickup by a ShowHero crew, included in the price. You don't pay union labor on top, you don't manage the freight, and we own the punch list if anything is wrong on opening day.
