Terms and Conditions: What You Need to Know

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the products and services (“Products”) provided by Show Hero, LLC (“Show Hero”). By using Show Hero Products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Products.

1. Ordering and Payment

Customers may place orders for Show Hero Products through the Show Hero website or by contacting Show Hero customer service. Payment is required at the time of ordering. Show Hero accepts major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on the website.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of acceptance without penalty. After this period, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total proposal amount will apply.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Show Hero offers free ground shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or shipping to locations outside the continental United States. Show Hero will make reasonable efforts to deliver Products within the specified time frame, but does not guarantee delivery dates.

3. Returns and Exchanges

Customers may return or exchange Products within thirty (30) days of receiving them. To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact Show Hero customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee, if the product is returned in its original condition.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items.
  • Damaged Goods: If the product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

4. Warranty

Show Hero offers a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims must be submitted within this period.

Warranty details are specified on the product listings and spec sheets. During the warranty period, customers may contact Show Hero for replacement parts or product repairs. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Show Hero Products, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are the property of Show Hero, LLC. Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these intellectual property rights solely for the purpose of using the Products.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ThoughtCloud Digital, LLC (DBA ShowHero), its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Products or Services.

7. Indemnification

By using Show Hero Products, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThoughtCloud Digital, LLC (DBA ShowHero), its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with the customer’s use of the Products or Services.

8. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in the State of Arizona, Maricopa County, AZ in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Show Hero reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Show Hero website. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for changes.
