We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and that’s okay. Our goal is to make the return process as easy and stress-free as possible. Whether you need to exchange a product or get a refund, our Success Team is here to guide you through every step. Just follow the simple instructions below, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Got something from Show Hero you need to return or exchange? You have 30 days from when you got it. Just contact us for an RMA# at returns@goshowhero.com.
Make sure everything is unused and in the original packaging with manuals, accessories, cables, etc. The RMA# needs to be clearly printed on the package. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product, and the items must be at our warehouse within 10 days of your return request. We can’t refund shipping and handling charges from the original order, and there may be a restocking fee up to 30%.
Repack your items carefully to avoid damage during return shipping. If it gets damaged on the way back, we can’t credit you. Make sure you insure your return shipment for protection. You’ll cover the initial shipping cost and the return shipping costs. No credits on shipping costs, sorry!
Got a damaged or incomplete order? Call us at 888-920-7919 immediately. Inspect your package and keep all the original materials. Take photos of the items and any damage, then email them to returns@goshowhero.com within 5 days of receiving your package.
We’ll file a claim with the shipper, and once it’s confirmed, we’ll process your replacement order within 3-5 business days.
Please double-check your shipping details before approving your order. Any changes need to be made before the order gets tracking. Once it’s on the way, we can’t reroute it, which could cause delays or lost packages.
Printed graphics and customized products can’t be returned. Check all spelling, resolution, and placement of graphics before you approve the proof. Production starts right after approval, so make sure everything is perfect!
Art with Pantone Color callouts will be converted to CMYK. If color accuracy is crucial, order a PMS Color Matching Service or Hard Proof.
Inform us about continuous graphics between panels before production. Our team will align them as best as possible.
Missing or defective graphics will be reprinted from the original approved file. No new graphics files for reprints.
Many of our displays come with warranties. Check the product listings and spec sheets for details. During the warranty period, contact us for replacement parts or repairs. Email photos of the damaged area to returns@goshowhero.com, and our Success Team will get back to you with solutions.
